Good day,
I changed a setting on my LMS server to use TACACS+ however i did not slect the option that local users can login to the server
Is there a way that i can change it back to this?
When i try logging into my LMS server it denies the access.

The software is installed on a virtaul machine running Linux

you can run the perl script ResetLoginModule.pl as discribed here:
(if the screenshot you provided is not just an example you should be able to login as user "admin" at least when disabling the connection to your TACACS server)

Hi Martin,
I installed LMS Prime on a virtaul machine running Linux.
When i open the console to the virtual machine i can not navigate to the directory mentioned in the url.
Any suggestions?

I have no softappliance to test, but keep in mind that NMSROOT is the installation directory of LMS and should be /opt/CSCOpx on solaris/linux; i.e. the command is:
/opt/CSCOpx/bin/perl /opt/CSCOpx/bin/ResetLoginModule.pl
do you have access to /opt/CSCOpx ?

I just experienced the strangest thing.
Yesterday i was logged out of the server. This morning without changing anything i was able to sign in and change the
settings back to the local logins.
Thanks for the link with the information on how to reset the password
