We are running 356oX switches, all on 12.2(55)SE3. We found the TDR command but are getting a lot of "not completed" messages when checking lines. We get that on multiple switches, and multiple ports. The ports cn be connected to cisco phones, AP's' PC's or nothing. Sometimes we get results, sometimes " not completed". Is this command reliable? Is there a minim IOS version for reliability?
