Is there any way to turn off DNS completely in Prime 3.9?

In release notes it mentions only that DNSsec in enabled by default and one can disable it. But we want to turn off the DNS feature completely.

- I would consider DNS services very essential in all sorts of tasks and including critical tasks Prime has to perform.

It is just something our end customer is wondering about. They had issues with identifying the right DNS server in Prime. But now that that is solved their NOC is wondering if DNS functionally can be at all stopped in Prime.
