Hello.
We moved the NAM-2 to a different slot in the same switch, from slot 13 to slot 2.
Previously, we removed a CSM-S from slot 2.

Trying to power up it, after some minutes we receive these messages.
sm(cygnus_oir_bay slot2), running yes, state wait_til_online

Hi Andrea,
Try the following commands and see if NAM comes up.
Switch(config)#power enable module
Switch#hw-module module 9 reset

NAM doesn't power up and doesn't responde to reset.

Hi Andrea,
After running "power enable" command , wait for 15 mins and then check its status in show mod.
Also reseat NAM to slot 13 and check if it comes up.
Note: NAM will take approx 10-15 min to come up.
If still getting the issue then NAM needs RMA.

Hi Arshdeep.
We cannot reseat NAM to previous slot. We are using slot 13 for a WS-X67XX module.
We can try with another chassis.
