Hello.

We moved the NAM-2 to a different slot in the same switch, from slot 13 to slot 2.

Previously, we removed a CSM-S from slot 2.

Hi Andrea,

After running  "power enable" command , wait for 15 mins and then check its status in show mod.

Also reseat NAM to slot 13 and check if it comes up.

Note: NAM will take approx 10-15 min to come up.

If still getting the issue then NAM needs RMA.

Regards,

Arshdeep

Hi Arshdeep.

We cannot reseat NAM to previous slot. We are using slot 13 for a WS-X67XX module.

We can try with another chassis.

Regards.

Andrea

Hi Andrea,

You can try it in the other chassis.

Regards,

Arshdeep
