It simply means the traps can't be processed by LMS and or unmanaged by LMS but its receiving the traps.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/net_mgmt/ciscoworks_lan_management_solution/4.2/user/guide/lms_monitor/TrapFwd.html#wp1007615

So how do we get rid of these?

Unidentified Trap Generic Trap:enterpriseSpecific Specific Trap:1  EnterpriseOid:.iso.org.dod.internet.private.enterprises.cisco.ciscoMgmt41.2

How can we begin to identify which traps LMS won't recognize?

Thanks!

So what do we do about these alerts that often get triggered?
