[Update] Prime Infrastructure map device Unreachable icon

Hello,

We have PI 3.3.

After we turned off some devices, we don't see any icons in the "Topology maps" menu that means that device is unreachable (red "x" in the circle ) above the device icon. Device icon has no changes.

What should we set up to see icons indicating that devices are unreachable on topology maps?

Topology to work first, device need to be added and managed and completed in inventory page.

Alarms started processing once device is in managed state and licensed.

Ensure device is grouped to specific location as per your network environment.

Do not move device into maintenance state  from managed state.
