Updating Stealthwatch Flow Sensor without Central Manager

We are currently setting up a couple of Stealthwatch Flow Sensors that are running 7.3.0 and our Central Manager is 7.4.1. The Guides say to use central manager to update these devices so that leaves me with the shell and sysadmin menus. Is there a guide or has anyone successfully done this for their equipment?
