is there any patch for upgrade from v1.2.1.012 to v1.3.0.20?

Or I can install upgrade directly?

If you're currently on 1.2.1.012, you can upgrade directly. (Reference)

Your existing system is already 1.2.1.012. The point patch shown in the last row of the table above would bring it up to that patch level if it wasn't already there.
