Upgrading Catalyst C9600R Stackwise Virtual Quad-SUP without downtime

Hi all, I am currently running Catalyst 9600R - IOS-XE 17.3.1 with Quad-SUP. This OS is currently not support ISSU feature, so is there anyway that I can upgrade software OS without downtime?
