To access the WAAS Central Manager GUI, enter the following URL in your web browser:

https://WAE_Address:8443/

The WAE_Address value is the IP address or hostname of the WAAS Central Manager device.

I read this several times, but I still did not understand where exactly to put WAAS Central Manger and how install him and what need to do it...

And is it possible to run virtualization on ISR 4000 series?

ISR-WAAS is the WAAS Central Manager installed on the router?

If so then I need a license ISR-WAAS, NIM-SSD and .ova package to install Central Manager on router, thats all?

Last question.
If I have several routers and I want to add them to the WAAS Central Manager administration and manage WAAS from them, then do I need to have an ISR-WAAS license on each of them?

UPD. On 57 slide written: "Automatically creates the AppNav configuration, installs ISR-WAAS with a basic configuration, and registers to the CM". As a result, it is not entirely clear whether the ISR 4000 itself can act as a Central Manager.
