Watchdog message at startup VM Cisco Prime 3.0 Virtual Appliance

Hello, thats fine?

the end of the Cisco Prime configuration process, this error message appears and the virtual machine loops:

Cannot setup NMI watchdog on CPU 0

Cannot setup NMI watchdog on CPU 1

Cannot setup NMI watchdog on CPU 2

Cannot setup NMI watchdog on CPU 3

I see VMware KB 2031297, but I do not know the password to unlock and change the boot Grub.

has anyone had this problem?

Solved problem.

Follow the guidelines in this documentation * to access the boot file Grub.

And follow this VMware KB to change ** this file (/boot/grub/menu.lst) you requested.
