Hi,
We are not getting any 24 hour syslog messeges. Cisco tech has changed something and after that i suddenly stops working
Can you please guide how to resolve this issue.

Have you tried running an immediate report? If it is a problem with the scheduled job, this should show that. Also, SYSLOG daemon could be stopped.
