Why Cat95K Normal mode and Cat93K must configure FNF counter long keyword?

Dear all,

Currently I have been investigating the following limitation for example,
Cat95K High Performance Model can configure FNF counter bytes/packets without long option but
Cat95K Normal and Cat93K do not support itself and long option is mandatory however there is not
any related information so I appreciate if you can let me know any information.

Cat95K-HIGH(config-flow-record)#collect counter packets ?

Cat95K-NORMAL(config)#flow record RECORD
Cat95K-NORMAL(config-flow-record)#collect counter bytes ?

long Total number of bytes (64 bit counter)

Cat95K-NORMAL(config-flow-record)#collect counter packets ?

*Cat93K is also same output.

Limitations and Restrictions
Flexible NetFlow limitations:
You can not configure NetFlow export using the Ethernet Management port (GigabitEthernet0/0).
You can not configure a flow monitor on logical interfaces, such as switched virtual interfaces (SVIs), port-channel, loopback, tunnels.
You can not configure multiple flow monitors of same type (ipv4, ipv6 or datalink) on the same interface for same direction.
