WLSE Support ACE For Telnet To APs?

Has anyone gotten WLSE to authenticate to APs using Telnet via RSA's ACE? We're being told it doesn't work, but neither Cisco or RSA can explain why.

I can manually log into a test AP pointing to an ACE server using a static account/password. But if I configure those credentials in WLSE in the "Telnet/SSH" section and try the connectivity there, it doesn't work.

The only thing I know is that WLSE has to store a static password to connect to the AP's.

WLSE still doesn't support ACE or random generated tokens and needs a fixed password.

It might be worth your while speaking to your account team about creating an enhancement request to try and get this feature added to WLSE.

Thanks for your reply, but you'll notice I mentioned "static" username/password. We're not trying to authenticate using a random token-password.
