Workaround for bug CSCtz29665

Hi CiscoTeam,

My LMS 4.2.2 is affected with the Bug # CSCtz29665.

As there are no fixes released by cisco till today, I would like to know what are the files to be copied manually like NMSROOT\databases etc, as a backup.

Is the second option, to stop CW services and run backup.

Hi,

If you are seeing the error: Unable to proceed with the backup operation as some files are being accessed by jobs.

The release notes indicate the following:

"Then reschedule the jobs such that the backup job does not coincide with any other jobs. LMS should automatically take care of any conflicts with backup and jobs or at least say which job to be rescheduled for successful backup."

So it would appear that you have conflicting jobs preventing the backup from perfoming properly.

Are you running in a virtualized environment?  You may have additional options in that case.
