Hi
I purchased a few of WS-C3850-48T-E switches as used and upon testing one the switch's mode buttong is not functioning and I am unable to remove previous config or test. I tried to use ENABLE command but there's a password set on it which I have no idea about.
Is there any way to sort this issue out. Any help will be highly appreciated.

Hello,
There are two things you can do with this problem, first is try to press the button not only for 12-15 second to do the password recovery but when the lights turn amber, If this not fuction so maybe you can be in the presence of this bug https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch/bug/CSCva25015 can you confirm the IOS verison when the device goes up? (If this the case so you will have to contact the TAC)
