WS-C3850-48XS-S Port information

Hi Guys,

I am having one Cisco switch WS-C3850-48XS-S and i want to connect Darktrace security appliance to it.

Darktrace appliance is with RJ45 connection. I want to know if i can connect RJ45 cable directly to this switch OR i need to buy SFP module to connect it?

i found below two SFP details

10/100/1000BaseTX and SFP-10GBase-SR

Can you plz help me if i can directly connect to switch port OR if i need SFP which SFP from above will support?

You will need to get GLC-T module.

Can you please tell me difference between GLC-T  and GLC-TE?

The "E" in GLC-TE means "extended temperature" and is not compatible with 3850.
