Hi,

I have some new "WS-C4500X-32" switches and it seems my LMS 4.2.1 with all available updates/patches is not recognizing them.

Do I miss a device pack?

Does not recognizing means they are showing as unknown devices? Ciscoworks should be able to inventory a device successfully to know them.

Please try to run a invenotry job and share the results.
