WS-SVC-NAM-1 unsuccessful upgrade. Recovery.

I have a problem with WS-SVC-NAM-1 Module. Can anyone advice how to recover after unsuccessful upgrade?

I successfully upgraded Application Image from 3.4 to 4.2 step by step:
3.4 --> 4.0
4.0 --> 4.1
4.1 --> 4.2

Next step was upgrading from 4.2 to 5.0 version and at this point installation failed:

###

Maintenance image version: 2.1(2)

Do you want to proceed installing it [y|N]: y

Proceeding with upgrade. Please do not interrupt.
If the upgrade is interrupted or fails, boot into
Maintenance image again and restart upgrade.

Initializing the application image partition.

Applying the image, this process may take several minutes...

After this step Module was accidentally reseted to Application, not to Maintenance Image.
(by command hw-module switch 1 module 6 reset hdd:1)

Now when module starts to boot, nothing happens. After 5 minutes of booting switch powers down slot.
Last transition recorded: (timer)-> check_power_on (power_on_ok)-> wait_til_online (disabled)-> disabled (disabled)-> disabled2 (disabled)->
stay_disabled (operator_power_on)-> can_power_on (yes_power)-> powered_on (real_power_on)-> check_power_on (timer)-> check_power_on (power_on_ok)-> wait_til_online

During boot hw-module reset can not be used, because module is in Unknown state.

Also during boot "session switch 1 slot 8 processor 1" card is unreachable

Is now both Maintenance and Application Images corrupted?
How to proceed with recovery?

Hi ,

try the below step:

-       Login to the Switch
-       Ran the command :
-       hw-module module 8 reset   ( do  show mod and check the status of the NAM module )
-       if above did not work and you found  ( power down or other ) in the show mod for NAM module , then ran the below command
-       power enable module 8
-       Now wait for 5-10 mins and check the status of the NAM module

Thanks-
