I'm running the latest version of Ciscoworks LMS 3.2 for Windows and the latest device packages as of today. I've been trying to view a WS-4507R+E chassis with a WS-X45-SUP7-E in Ciscoview but I keep getting the following error message:
Message
Cannot find applicable device package for ...
This error could be due to one of the following:
- The device package for this device type is not installed.
- Device support for this device type is not available.
- You are trying to open a component inside a device.
To correct the problem, either install a device package for the device type, or open the parent device to manage the component.
What is the level of support for the WS-X45-SUP7-E in Ciscoworks LMS 3.2? The demo one we have is running cat4500e-universalk9.SPA.03.01.01.SG.150-1.XO1.bin.
