ACS 5.7 move to Joined but Disconnected Status after verification

I have Configured NTP to sync with AD  , DNS , Domain wihtin ACS .   Using User with necessary right to connect with  AD .  When test everything success . But within few seconds it shows as "Joined but Disconnected"

Cisco ACS VERSION INFORMATION  - This is NEW VM and Patches up to date

Even I can Search for Security groups also ... but it  shows as "Joined but Disconnected" from AD ... 

When i test the tacas+ connection from Swithc , it fails .. 

Any suggestions on this ?

Dear Charith,

This problem happens when your ACS disconnected to AD. Please make sure your ACS :.

1. ACS can ping to AD.

2. The same timezone.

Let's check if it can help you. Because i solve this issue by myself.

Thanks for reply .. 

I can ping to AD From IP as well as using FQDN

Both Devices on EDT Time Zone ....and same Time .. 

But still no any progress ..
