Active/Active and Active/Passive Distance

Hi, 

I have got my sever in two location. They are in location between the distance of about 2 KM. I have got a fiber connectivity between these two location. I want to get the HA environment on ASA 5515. How can I maintain the active/active or active/passive if the distance is 2 KM ? Can I get the HA environment or not ?

As long as your latency is 10 ms or less you should be OK. Anything higher may degrade the reliability due to delay in receiving failover messages. 250 ms is the absolute maximum allowed. This is specified in the Configuration Guide.
