Active Directory Agent installation

Hi, I'm trying to install Active Directory Agent in Windows 2003 (not R2) to configure Identity Firewall with ASA 5505  8.4.(2). The installation runs ok but the agent doesn't start because the WatchDogService.exe fails.

Anyone with same issue?, I don't find any information about AD_Agent.

Can you copy-paste the complete error message you get from adactrl.exe show running ?

Hi Tim, thanks for your reply. I send the error from "adactrl.exe show running" and the message of event viewer from watchdog service.

Look up the directory C:\IBF\watchdog and inside the log, is there any other information despite the ones cmd gave you?

Also try adactrl start or restart to check if the AD Agent starts properly.
