alternatives to ASDM for managing IPS

HI team,

i have been facing a lot of issues with license synchronizing of IPS on ASDM.

this got me wondering ....

can anyone direct me to any other management suites if any apart from ASDM to manage my IPS module on ASA 5555-x running 9.1.x?

i used to use the IDM late back but it is now end of sale i believe.

any help will be appreciated.

You are probably using the legacy IPS? Then the Cisco Security Manager (CSM) could be an option for management. But the best option is to migrate to FirePOWER IPS with a FirePOWER Management Center as the legacy IPS is also EOS and approaching EOL soon.

The free IPS Manager Express (IME) product can manage up to 10 (if I recall correctly) IPS sensors. It's no longer supported but is still available for download.
