AnyConnect to connect to a Router

Can I use the same AnyConnect client I use to connect to my ASA to VPN to an IOS Router.

No, Anyconnect is platform specific. Asa is the only one that supports it, you can, however, use SSL client which has exactly the same functionality than AnyConnect, difference is the compatibility of AnyConnect. For example, Anyconnect supports 64bit platforms whereas SSL client does not.

You should be able to use AnyConnect to connect to an IOS router, as long as you are running a K9 12.4(15)T1 or higher. SSL VPN is not supported on all router platforms though.
