ASA 5505 does not boot into rommon mode what should i do?

Hello! 

Kindly confirm if you followed the steps below :

 

Step 1

Connect to the ASA console port according to the instructions in Access the Appliance Console.

Step 2

Power off the ASA, then power it on.

Step 3

During startup, press the Escape key when you are prompted to enter ROMMON mode

 

if yes, what is the ROMMON version implemented on your device?
