I'm new to Cisco products so please bear with me.
I'm settled on purchasing the ASA 5510 (ASA5510-BUN-K9) but I'm unsure about what support options are available/required.
I have a few questions
1) Does the ASA5510-BUN-K9 come with any support and software updates as standard?
2) Are the SAS, SASU and SMARTnet services available for the ASA 5510 and if so what are the SKU's
3) In a comparison datasheet SMARTnet includes Cisco OS software updates but not software application updates or upgrades, is this because they are included in the OS update?
