ASA 5510 start in black

ASA 5510 when connected to the electric current and starts to start it goes black.does not allow setting

Connect the Console Cable to ASA , Power Down and Connect the Power?

Do you see anything on the console, any LED activity on the Front Panel ?

If nothing means, ASA is Dead, if you have smartnet account raise an TAC Case for RMA.

The status one flashes and the power one is fixed, in the console I don't see anything

If you have a contract raise a TAC case for RMA if you do not see any LED in the front.
