Hi Syed,

Can you tell me whats the exact issue?? Is the firewall crashing, and which firewall is crashing?? What debugs are you running??

-Varun

Thanks,
Varun Rao

Hi Varun,

No issue. the issue is they are not syncing...the Failover is not working.. Currently the Primary firewall is active.. and standby is not acting as Ready for takeover. you know what imean.

Only the failover is not working.

i am running debug fover fail and getting these messages on primary one.

vpnfol_thread_timer: HA MSG: no Buffer available for clientvpnfo

Can you check on the secondary firewall whether you see any crashinfo on it, do "show crashinfo", it would also show you the date when it was collected.

Thanks,
Varun Rao

No crash info.

after checking it says.

No crash file found.
