ASA 5520 not responding am desperate help???/

Hello everyone this the problem am facing with i, ASA 5520 boot perfectly led on POWER,ACTIVE,STATUS are solid green vpn is off because we are not using currently ,FLASH led comes on during post stage but after that  it blinks green at every 30 sec - 1 min,we can't access the the asa using console the management port is shutdown any advice will be appreciated thank you.

when you power on ASA, do you see some activity on console?

If it is giving some error message, please post it.

nothing at all.

yeah the console port is the problem what can i do?

Do you see baud rates are correct? If yes, RMA would be needed

everything is correct  and asa 5520  warranty period is over is there anyway to fix it.
