The order in the older ios was nat 0 then static.
With the new ios how is the static nat treated if i have a nat (inside,outside) source static
Now I need to do some static one to one nats for some servers in the same subnet as the no nat

Hello,
In 8.4, the NAT rules are simply processed in the order you see them in the NAT table. You can view this order in the output of 'show nat'. Whichever rule a packet hits first is the one that will be used.

No you don't have to. By default it is no nat-control.
