Every time ASA on FXOS reloads (manual reload), that particular ASA does not join the cluster and data port-channel does not come up, until we disable health check in both master and slave units, enable cluster of that reloaded unit and bounce data port-channel in this particular order, is it expected behavior?
Whereas,in case of catastrophic power failure (power cord pullout), it automatically joins the cluster and data port channel are operational.
