Hello everyone!

I am about to downgrade an ASA 5510 pair from 9.1(1) to 8.2.5(59) and I have a things to ask.

- Both units on failover active/standby mode with SSM AIP module (version 7.1(8) E4): is there going to be a problem the module version?? is it compatible with 8.2.5(59)?

- Is there any comptaibility issue that you are aware of? configuration changes (commands) I will have to run?

- I have Anyconnect running as well. Something to mention about it?

Thank you all very much.

There are a lot of configuration changes you would have to make.

The SSM AIP and AnyConnect should be fine.

Why would you want to do this though? The version you are moving to is winding down support and has passed the end of new updates.
