I am seeing high cpu utilization on 5520.

Any pointers on how to troubleshoot?

Hello Kashish,

Can you check how many connections and translations are there in ASA

show conn count

show xlate count

also try to do a clear conn and clear xlate and see whether the CPU is coming down

regards

Harish.

also, since this process is directly attached with the packet inspection and forwarding, could you let me know

show service-policy and what is the  bandwidth utilized towards outside. just make sure that we are not overutilizing the box

regards

Harish.
