ASA Inside to Outside Ping

Hi Every one ,

                         i  am a student who is doing project on ASA firewall , i am not able to ping from inside network to outside network. i configured and allowed icmp-reply in outside interface .

i have been trying from 14 days to resolve this problem , but i couldnt , can u please help me in this . please.ASAP.

Please this is very crucial time for me , please help me out.

Hi,

On inside change this :

ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 FastEthernet0/0 to ip route 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0  192.168.0.1

and the same on outside if you did a static route pointing to interface.

I don't think the ASA has proxy-arp enabled so it won't work as you won't receive any arp replies for the destination.
