Hi,
I think the "Hosts" probably just refers to unique hosts seen by the ASA. I am not sure if it counts all the hosts. I mean even the hosts on the Internet to which or from which you have connections active to your internal network. I would presume this is the case but cant be 100% certain.
The above output however does not seem to point to any problem with regards to the mentioned resources.
What does your ASA show for commands
show cpu usage
show memory
Do you or your ISP monitor your bandwith usage? Confirm what the bandwith usage is compared to your total bandwith available when you are expiriencing the problems.
You can naturally also check the physical ports on your network devices to see that there is no malfunctioning ports/modules.
