Does ASA 5505 with IOS 8.x supports HSRP? How do I configure it?

Hi

No the ASA does not support HSRP. It will pass HSRP packets if the ASA is in transparent mode but that is not the same.

What are you trying to do. The ASA does support failover - see attached link for details
