ASA5505 Blocking outbound Cisco IPSec VPN Client

ShibbyMike
Level 1
Level 1

Ok so here is the issue

I have a XP workstation behind my ASA that can not connect to a client's network via Cisco VPN Client using IPSec...

In the logs it shows the translation is working on 500 but the VPN Client has the error 412, that the client is not responding.

Config below, if anyone has any thoughts the sooner I can get this fixed the better

I see that the IP address : 10.1.0.63 is using the Dynamic PAT, so nat-traversal has to be enabled on the remote device, do we have nat-t enabled on the vpn terminating device?

it is using the the nat :

nat (RWLAN) 1 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0

global (outside) 1 interface

best way to test i would be : static (RWLAN,outside) x.x.x.x 10.1.0.63
