ASA5506-X SFR module always switches off after 10 minutes

Hello.

My SFR module shuts down 10 minutes after module restart or appliance reboot. I have already done the following:
- Firepower reimaging
- other ASA software
- ntp switched off and manually configured older date
- extensive physical cleaning of the appliance due to possible thermal problems

The problem has existed for some time, at the moment the module has been bridged at the ASA.

sfr module state after same minutes:
# sh module sfr

Expired certificates, time bomb?
Is there a way to reactivate the Firepower module?
I would like to continue using it to filter URLs.
I am of course aware that the hardware and software do not meet the latest security standards. Otherwise I will have to use other hardware or software. I would then probably switch to KVM and the “Sophos Firewall Home Edition”.
