Hello,
Are there any command on cisco ASA with latest software version 8.4.1 which is similar to snmp-server ifindex persist command on cisco routers/switches? I'm using cacti to collect interface traffic statistics on all DMZes (~50) and each time when I reload ASA (for a software upgrade for example) - ifindex is changed and cacti is collecting statistics on wrong interfaces.
Thanks in advance,
Plamen

Plamen,
AFAIK the feature was never introduced. I suggest to reach out to your account team to have a Product Enhencement Request submitted.
I don't remember an enhancement bug created for this so far.

I see the status of the bug/enhancement request is Terminated with no plans to fix...
Did they provide any reason why they couldn't implement this? Without this feature, it makes it very difficult to properly monitor usage.
