Earlier this year, we purchased some ASAv virtual appliances with an SWSS service contract. The service contract lists the instance number in place of the serial number on CCW-R. The serial numbers on the VMs are not associated with a Service Contract. My engineers intuitively use the serial number to open service requests. They rarely do this by explicitly referencing the contract number. Is there a way to relate the serial numbers to a service contract to make it easier for them to open service requests?
