ASDM can't be launched from edge

Dear experts

When I tried to launch ASDM from web-browser, the "install ASDM launcher" windows always stays there and no prompt pops up like this:

The ASA configuration is :

Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance Software Version 9.19(1)
SSP Operating System Version 2.13(0.198)
Device Manager Version 7.19(1)

Management0/0 MGT 192.168.72.229 255.255.255.0 DHCP

http server enable
http 192.168.72.0 255.255.255.0 MGT

username cisco password ***** pbkdf2 privilege 15

I ever tried: 1. install java 32bit or 64bit; 2. change system environment; 3. Change ASDM Target to: C:\Windows\System32\wscript.exe invisible.vbs run.bat 4. asdm-openjre-7191.bin

But unfortunately, the issue still is there, every time tried to access https://x.x.x.x, the upper window comes up and leads to install ASDM launcher, even though it is already installed correctly. 

Does anyone meet this issue ever？ Have any experience? Appreciate your suggestions!

Try a different browser.

Chrome browser is usually the better option when integrating with Cisco devices / dashboards.  Give that a try and let us know how it goes.

Thanks, chrome and other browser don't work, either. every time it always downloads the launcher file.
