Asdm launcher stucks at 90% "Initializing Home page modules..." and can't continue.
How can I set some debug to see why he can't continue loading?
At the same time Traffic Status counters and graphs are refreshing on the MAIN window.

Hi Varun,
ASA5510
ASDM version - 6.4.5
ASA version - 7.2.5
I tried on both Windows and Linux:
32bit Linux with Firefox and JRE
32bit Windows XP with ASDM Launcher 1.5(30).
Result is the same - stucks at 90%.

Hi Miroslav,
ASDM version 6.4.5 is not compatible with ASA 7.2.5, you might need to downgrade

My mistake:
ASDM - 5.2.5
ASA - 7.2.5
I tried before with 6.4.5 and i didn't work at all.

Hi Miroslav,
Could you just provide a show run from your ASA, as well as show module.
Thanks,
Varun

Hi Varun,
According to TAC when you upgrade your CSC to version 6.6.x.x you need to switch to
ASA 8.2.x(8.4.x) and ASDM 6.4.5 due to new feature HTTPS inspection in CSC.
Currently this feature is not implemented in ASDM 5.2.5.
"Since CSC SSM comes with new feature like HTTPS inspection and all,
we need to upgrade it to ASDM to 6.4.2 or later"
Currently I will stay on 7.2.5 because my ASA is with 256M memory.

Ohhhh...so i guess opening a TAC was helpful, could you just PM me the case number, I woudl like to go through it.
Thanks

Hi, did you find the way to fix the issue on your side?
I found my problem: CSC-SSM card. If I shutdown the module, ADSM work fine. The issue append only since I upgraded the CSC-SSM card to the latest version, 6.6. Is anybody know how to downgrade the CSC-SSM card to the previous version?

Hi Philippe,
This is a requirement with CSC 6.6.1125.0, that teh ASDM version needs to be 6.4.5 or higher, so instead of downgrading the CSC module, i would request you upgrade the ASDM version to 6.4.5.
Hope that helps.
Thanks,
Varun

Your goal is to keep CSC with latest version and updates.
You can shutdown the module or you can upgrade.
