Are you trying to disable the TFTP functionality of the switch or do you intend to stop TFTP in the network?

If you like switch not to use any TFTP functional to get files from remote TFTP Server,

1. Do not give access to this switch from far end TFTP Server.

2. Create ACL to block TFTP files send and receive from switch.

Like I said before, by default, TFTP functionality of the switch is disabled. 

So if the command "sh run | i tftp" doesn't show up anything then TFTP is disabled on the switch.
