Can ASA connects automatically??

Can VPN Client automatically reconnect to virtual cluster IP if current ASA fail or users must manually reconnect in ASA VPN load balancing implementation?

If you're asking if the ASA will bring a tunnel up automatically if it loses a connection, then yes it will as long as there's interesting traffic still destined for the remote side.

If you're in a load-balancing scenario and one goes down, then you shouldn't lose your connection in the first place I wouldn't think.
