Can not login to ASDM

Hi All,

I have done with my anyconnect vpn. but after  anyconnect vpn is connected, I can not connect to my asa55212-x using  ASDM. It is display message that

" Unable to launch device manager  from 175.100.111.XX". and  if I disconnect anyconnect vpn I can  connect  my asa using ADSM. Any ideas about this?

I appreciate with your help.

Thanks

Check if you add the command "management-access interface_name" to access your inside interface when you're connected to the ASA using the AnyConnect.

As example:

management-access inside

Thanks.

Hello,

As Ahmad said make sure you have the management-access inside and ofcourse try to hit or connect via ASDM to the inside interface IP address of your ASA.

Make sure you add the VPN pool to the ASDM host configuration

http x.x.x.x .x.x.x.x inside where x.x.x.x is the VPN pool
