Can't Access Standby ASA in Active/Standby Configuration

I have two pairs of ASA5555-X running in Active/Standby configuration. One of the steps in the upgrade process is to "Launch ASDM on the standby unit by connecting to the standby IP address." I can't connect to either standby unit in either pair using SSH. Interface Inside 10.8.55.251 is one of the standbys I'm attempting to connect to (screenshot below).

 

The error I get when attempting is, "[SSH] -- There was an authentication issue." The message is simple enough, but I'm not sure where to start in troubleshooting the problem. Your help is always appreciated. -Alan

are you getting login prompt . if not, would like to know if you are hitting the inside interface IP from the inside zone or over another interface /through IPsec VPN
