Change ASA to FTD on ISA 3000 Firewalls

I am newly setting up these ISA 3000 firewalls and have no backgound on it. I want to setup FTD on these, but after consoling in, it seems it came with ASA installed.

Going through the guide here, it doesn't specify how to convert ASA to FTD and my understanding was that during first time setup, it would let me choose the option between FTD or ASA.

Can someone please help on this ?
