Hi,
May i ask, what will happen when the Cisco ASA 5500-X IPS License Expires? Will the IPS still works with its last update and will not only download latest signatures or definitely the IPS capability will be disabled?
Thanks in advance.
Regards,
Jessica

IPS license expiration does not disable the IPS. The IPS will still work normally but will not downoad latest signature. However, Cisco allows you to download a demo license good for about 60days while you renew your license.

Not the demo license link. The link that says that the IPS will not be disabled.
Many thanks.
